Ingredients
6tablespoonboxed cake mix
4tablespoonwhole milk
2tablespoonvegetable oil
1teaspoonvanilla extract
sprinklesoptional
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug or small ramekin, add the oil and milk.
Add the dry cake mix and stir with a fork just until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.
If desired, gently fold in any add-ins (such as sprinkles or chocolate chips).
Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds, depending on your microwave, until the center looks set.
Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
