link sausage
cut into 1" slices

red potatoes
cut into bite-sized pieces

red onion
cut into chunks

olive oil

montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
Combine cut sausage, cut potatoes, and cut onion on a lined sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Toss well.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until sausage is sizzling and veggies are starting to brown. Toss occasionally.
Notes
Use a
half-sheet pan
and keep ingredients in a
single layer
for even browning.
Line your pan
with a silicone mat, parchment paper, or foil for easier cleanup.
Pat washed veggies dry
before baking to help them brown properly.
Store
leftovers
in an airtight container; use within 3–4 days. Reheat at 350°F for 5–6 minutes.
If adding extra veggies,
limit to about 1 pound and add 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound.
