boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(cooked and shredded)

cream of chicken soup
(2 cans)

sour cream

melted butter

sleeve
Ritz crackers
(crushed)
Instructions
Combine shredded chicken, soup, and sour cream in a large bowl. Spread in a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Crush crackers in their sleeve and pour over top of casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top of crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until tops of crackers are golden brown and sides of dish are bubbly.
Notes
Leftovers:
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3–4 days; reheat single servings in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
Freezing:
Freeze without crackers/butter; thaw, add toppings, then bake as directed.
How to serve:
Great over white rice with a simple veggie like crispy air fryer okra.
For a crowd:
Double the recipe; increase baking time by ~5 minutes.
Add veggies:
Mix in ~1 cup of peas, carrots, broccoli, or bell peppers before baking.
Add poppy seeds:
Stir in 1 tablespoon for a poppy seed casserole twist.
