Ingredients
2cupsseasoned croutons
8ozcream cheese(softened)
1cupsour cream
10ozdill pickle relish(divided)
1packetranch dressing mix
2tablespoonfresh dill(finely chopped)
Instructions
Place 2 cups of croutons in a food processor. Pulse until they become a breadcrumb consistency. Remove breadcrumbs from the food processor and set aside.
Use a hand mixer to blend 8oz cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 pack of ranch dressing mix, the dill pickle relish, and the chopped dill. Pour this mixture into a serving dish and chill for at least an hour.
When you're ready to serve, top the dip with the crouton breadcrumbs.
Notes
If you're not serving the dip right away, hold off on adding the crouton breadcrumbs until just before serving—otherwise, they might get a bit soggy.
If the dip feels too thick, grab an extra jar of pickles and stir in a bit of pickle juice (about 2 tablespoons at a time) until it reaches your desired consistency.
