Make everybody's favorite party snack into a no-bake cookie! These Muddy Buddy Cookies are simple to make and have tons of rich chocolate & peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients
1cupmini marshmallows
½stickbuttermelted
1cuppeanut butter
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1teaspoonvanilla extract
6cupsrice Chex cereal
1cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup mini marshmallows, ½ stick butter, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
Add in 6 cups of Chex, gently folding the cereal into the melted mixture until coated and combined.
Spoon portions onto a non-stick baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper and allow to cool for at least an hour (preferably in a refrigerator).
Once cookies are cooled, place powdered sugar in a bowl. Roll cookies around in sugar until coated.
Notes
Don't make your cookies too big! I like to stick to about ¼ cup of Chex mixture when forming the cookies, roughly ⅓ the size of your fist.
It helps to very gently form them together with your hands as you drop the puppy chow mixture onto the cookie sheet. This will help the ingredients stick together.
It also helps to tap the excess powdered sugar off of the cookie (very gently!).
