½cuphoney

2teaspoonscrushed red pepper flakes
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar

Instructions
Make the creamy base. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, and pinch of salt to a medium bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Mix the hot honey. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the honey, cayenne, crushed red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and ⅛ teaspoon salt. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir, then continue heating in 10-second intervals until warm and fluid. Do not boil.
Cool honey. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, until cooled and thickened back to a pourable honey consistency.
Add the creamy base. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a shallow dish (like a ramekin) and smooth it into an even layer.
Add the drizzle. Drizzle ¼ to ⅓ cup over the creamy base, adding more according to taste.
Garnish and serve. Finish with chives, pepper flakes, pecans, or a small pinch of flaky salt. Serve with your preferred dippers.
Notes
Soften cream cheese for about 1 hour for the smoothest base.
Use full-fat dairy for the thickest texture.
Cool hot honey 15–20 minutes until thickened but still pourable.
Adjust cayenne to taste: ⅛ teaspoon mild, ¼ teaspoon medium, ½ teaspoon hot.
Taste before adding more salt, especially with salty dippers.
Make ahead: store base and hot honey separately.
Use a shallow dish so each scoop gets both layers.
