boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cooked and shredded (or 1 rotisserie chicken with meat removed)

cream of chicken soup

sour cream

poppy seeds

stick
melted butter

sleeve
Ritz crackers
Instructions
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds in a large bowl. Spread in a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Crush crackers in their sleeve and pour over top of casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top of crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until tops of crackers are golden brown and sides of dish are bubbly.
