This Crock Pot Peach Cobbler only has 3 ingredients and is made with cake mix - so easy! It's ready in a slow cooker in about 3 hours and gives the feel of homemade (without the work).
Spray a Crock Pot with cooking spray or use a liner.
Add peaches to bottom of the Crock Pot. Layer dry cake mix on top. Don't mix!
Cut butter into ¼" slices. Place butter pats all over the top of the dry cake mix.
Place lid on Crock Pot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, until top starts to turn golden brown. Check the cobbler after about an hour of cooking; if there is still dry cake mix, very gently mix it into some of the syrup from the peaches (mixing as little as possible).
Notes
Your Crock Pot should be at least 6 quarts to prepare this recipe.
Immediately after cooking, the juices/syrup at the bottom of the cobbler might be a little runny. This typically thickens quickly. If needed, let cobbler sit for about an hour to cool; this will thicken the cobbler.
If you can't find fruit packed in heavy syrup, mix 1 cup brown sugar into the undrained canned fruit in step 1 of the recipe.
Fresh peaches or frozen peaches can be used in lieu of canned peaches. Add in 1 cup of brown sugar with 5 cups of fresh/frozen fruit in step 1 of the recipe.
