Trader Joe's Cookie Butter  Pie Recipe

This Trader Joe's Cookie Butter Pie recipe takes Cookie Butter to a whole new level! With a gingersnap crust and cream cheese filling, everyone will love this easy, no bake dessert idea.

Step 1:

Place ginger snaps in a large zip-top bag and crush into small crumbs. This can also be done with a food processor. Reserve about 1/2 cup of crumbs. Mix remaining cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a spring-form pan or pie plate.

Step 2:

 In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, whipping cream, cookie butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well-combined. Pour mixture over pie crust.

Step 3:

Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top of the pie. Allow to chill for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
