First, I chopped up half a red onion into really small pieces and added in 2 small tomatoes, again chopped into really small pieces. Get all of the guts out of the tomato first, or it will be too watery.
Chop 1/4 cup cilantro. Add a teaspoon of pepper, a tablespoon of hot sauce, a tablespoon of lime juice, a dash of salt, and red bell pepper flakes to taste (more or less depending on how spicy you want it). I also put in probably 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
