Barbecue Muffins Recipe


 I have developed 2 big secrets in the kitchen in the past few months:  biscuit dough and crescent roll dough.
You can seriously do ANYTHING with them. They are the easiest way to pep up boring leftovers!
Take this recipe for example. We were on about our third day of eating barbecue, and frankly, we were getting sick of it. So, I created barbecue muffins and had a whole new meal!

 Here's how I did it!
Barbecue Muffins
1 lb BBQ pork, chicken, or beef…anything will do!
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tube biscuit dough
1 cup shredded or sliced cheddar cheese


1. Take your biscuit dough and press it into the bottom of 10-11 parts of a muffin tin. (I had the kind of dough that had 8 biscuits per can…I just had to divide them.)
2. Mix the hot sauce, barbecue, and sauce together in a bowl.
3. Slice the cheese (or use shredded) on top of each one of the muffins.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and biscuits are starting to brown. Serve warm.
SUPER easy recipe, and absolutely delicious!
