Reclaiming Family Time with Red Baron

With a new baby, so many normal parts of your daily routine go completely out the window.  It seems like we're just starting to come out of that "newborn fog" that seems to completely eat up any semblance of schedule or routine.  I'm one of those that absolutely thrives on a predictable schedule, so I'm definitely ready to start figuring out our new normal!

One thing that I hope to prioritize in our schedule are our nightly family dinners.  It's such a special family time that lets us all come together after very different, very hectic days.  With a small baby in the house, it's not always easy to get a dinner on the table that satisfies everyone.  Sometimes, you just need a quick, easy, and crowd-pleasing meal.  Now that the stash of freezer meals provided by friends and family is starting to dwindle, we have a couple of go-tos that I like to keep around for when the baby is fussy and the toddler needs constant attention.

Red Baron pizzas have been a delicious way to enjoy family time together since 1976. I remember having these pizzas with my family as a child.  Yes, I remember how delicious the pizza was, but what I remember most from my childhood pizza nights is the time together with my family...and I hope Jackson and Emmie have the same experience. These pizzas are an absolute go-to when I'm in a time (and energy) crunch and need to serve something low-fuss and delicious.

Red Baron Classic Crust's signature crispy crust and premium ingredients make them perfect for an easy family dinner when time is short and the to-do list is long.

We love enjoying Red Baron pizzas on nights when we're focused on family time. Maybe our favorite time to enjoy a Classic Crust pizza is on our occasional family movie night. Once a week or so, we turn off all of the lights in the living room, spread blankets and pillows on the floor, and watch a movie that Emmie chooses.  She loves this time so much - it's something that we did before Jackson was born and I hope we continue to do for years to come. I don't like to make a huge meal for this, so a quick and delicious pizza is absolutely perfect.  It lets me focus more on family time and less on meal prep. Plus, the whole family loves it!

We're definitely in a phase of life right now when the things we need to accomplish outnumber the hours in the day. I'm thankful for ways around a busy (and sometimes disorganized) schedule that allow me to soak up just how special this phase of life can be. The occasional quick dinner short-cut is definitely on that list!
