Healthy 4-Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Many of you know that I've been on a journey lately to eat healthier, less-processed foods.  But that doesn't mean I don't occasionally get a craving for something sweet.

I don't really have a huge sweet tooth, but I do like to keep healthy options around for times that I'd like something for dessert.  I've really worked to incorporate lots of fruits and vegetables into my diet... so much so that fruits are now my go-to when I need a little bit of a sweet fix.

I also like to keep staples to pair with fruit that can really make it a sweet indulgence. Frozen milk & yogurt cubes are great when you want a smoothie. Greek yogurt & peanut butter are perfect for fruit dips. And, I love pairing fruit with stevia when I really want more of a dessert than a snack.

Born Sweet™ Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, really has become my go-to sweetener. It is made with only real ingredients -- nothing artificial! I like that Zing™ has zero artificial ingredients and zero calories, which make it perfect for adding a delicious sweetness to my favorite foods and drinks throughout the day. You can sprinkle it into your coffee, tea, smoothies, over fruit and other favorite foods and beverages.
