We went home from the hospital last Thursday afternoon. I was SO glad to be able to go home and start our new normal!
Emma Ramey wore the going home dress I wore when I went home from the hospital. My mom found it about a month ago, and it was covered in stains from being stored for 27 years. After LOTS of at-home cleaning tricks, dry cleaning, and Oxy Clean, we were able to get them out!
We had no idea we'd be bringing home a 10+ lb. baby, so the car seat wasn't set for one. It took us a few minutes to get her in there comfortably!

A couple of people have asked about Hardy...he's getting there with her. He doesn't know what to think! He'll occasionally go up and smell her for a few seconds and walk away. But he's warming up to her!

The next morning, my brother Clint got to meet her! My younger younger brother lives in town, but my older younger brother lives a few hours away.
It's hard to believe this was all just a week ago...it seems like we've had her around here forever!
