I get a lot of questions as to what program I use for putting graphics together for blogs. When I started shopping around for what would be best, I tried out all of the big names (i.e. Photoshop), and just wasn't very impressed. I ended up going with Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo. It is GREAT for combining graphics, and I am very comfortable with it at this point.
