UT Chattanooga Game

It was a great weekend!

This was our last tailgate on the quad for the year.  It was PERFECT football weather...temperature in the 50's, beautiful skies, and just a little bit of a breeze!

It was our friend Dana's birthday (on Wednesday), so she had a really cute cake. :)

I also got to see my sweet friend Abbie from college.  She's a teacher too (in Birmingham), and just got engaged this week!

Where the magic happens. :)  (By the way - those trees in front?  BEA-U-TI-FUL.  I'm sure the landscapers knew those would be red in the fall!)

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful.  We went to a place on the strip and watched the game (because my cheapness limits me from paying $40 a ticket to sit in the cold for that game).  It was the DEADEST I've seen  Tuscaloosa in a really long time on a gameday...partly because it wasn't that great of a game, partly because all the students went home for Thanksgiving.  We walked right in and sat down everywhere we went!

One of the best parts of the afternoon is that I FINALLY got Big Bad Wolves!!!  These are the best bar-b-que nachos on earth (and yes Ole Miss fans, I've had Corky's...these are so much better).  They set up a tent on the Strip on game weekends and just sell then...I've been saying for years they need a restaurant in Tuscaloosa!

Today, we've laid around the house a good bit.  My sleep schedule has been whacked out the past few days, so I went to sleep at 8 last night and woke up at 3:30 this morning - turns out Noah couldn't sleep too.  We laid in the living room watching College Football Live for about an hour and finally went back to bed.  I'm still recovering!

Hope you've had a great weekend!
