Grocery Shopping - Last Week

Once again, I spent a little bit more than I meant to.  But, for $142 dollars worth of food this week, I spent $55 (pretax) - that's a 62% savings!

I have officially decided I'm cutting myself off from frozen foods - considering my freezer currently looks like this:

I'm pretty sure I couldn't fit anything else in there if I tried.  We've got a LOT of food to eat, so I might just take this next week off.  Not a bad problem to have though!

2 Big Bags Candy (Milky Way and 3 Musketeers) - Normally $6.59, on sale for B1G1 free, had a coupon for $1 off 2 - $5.59 total

7 Tombstone Pizzas - Normally $5.79, on sale for B1G1 free - $20.30 (AND I have a rebate for $5 off your power bill when you buy 7 Tombstones, so really $15.30!)

How do you decide what coupons your using when you go to the store? Do you base it on a grocery NEED or do you base in completely on what is already on sale or if the store is having double/triple coupon day?

And you totally need to use your savings to buy a freezer to put in your garage ;-) then you can REALLY stock up.

GOd Bless
