Groceries - November 8th

Ok, because I literally couldn't fit anything else in my freezer if I TRIED, and because my husband might leave me if I buy one more box of instant potatoes we don't need, I've made an executive decision to take the next two weeks off of grocery shopping.  I think it's needed, since I spent $50 in this week's trip.  But I DID get $127 of groceries for (pretax) $43...that's 67% off!

4 boxes Tylenol Rapid Release (50 count)- normally $7.39 each, on sale for $3.99 each, had 4 Publix coupons for $3/1 and 4 manufacturer coupons for $1/1...FREE Tylenol (actually had a 4 cent overage!)

6 Yoplait yogurts - Normally 75 cents each, on sale for 50 cents each, had a coupon for 40 cents off 6 (which doubled) - $2.20 for 6 yogurts

1 Coffee Mate Nonfat Creamer - Normally $2.59, on sale for $1.30, had $1/1 coupon - 30 cents total

2 Packs Nestle Morsels - Normally $2.50 each, on sale for $1.25 each, had 2 coupons for $1/1 - 50 cents for 2 bags

8 cans Hunt's Tomatoes - Normally $1.39 each, on sale for 70 cents each, had 2 50 cents off 2 coupons (which double) and 1 $1/4 coupon - $2.60 for 8 cans

Land O Lakes Butter (2 packs) - Normally $2.09 each, on sale for $1.05 each, had 2 coupons for 55 cents off of 1 - $1 for 2

2 Bird's Eye Voila Meals - Normally $4.99 each, on sale for $2.49 each, had a coupon for $1/2 - $4 for 2

Publix Quick Oats - Normally $1.59 each, penny item this week

3 Packs Lean Pockets - Normally $2.47 each, on sale for $1.67 each, had a coupon for 50 cents/3 (which doubles)- $4 for 3 packs

3 Boxes Betty Crocker Potatoes - Normally $1.69 each, on sale for 84 cents each, had 3 40 cents off of 1 coupon (which doubled) - 13 cents for 3!

Bob Evans Mac and Cheese - Normally $3.39, on sale for $2.50, had a coupon for 35 cents off of 1 (which doubled) - $1.80 total

2 15.5 lb. bags Purina Beneful - Normally $15.29 each, on sale for $12.99 each, had 2 coupons for free bag of Snackin' Slices (treats) when you buy Beneful - $25.98, but I also got 2 free bags of treats! (and Hardy should be good in the food department for a little while!)

I'm thinking I might do a grocery list for next week, and just not actually go...the coupon thing is addicting. :)

I've had a couple of people ask about how I do this...go here to read more!

do you really need that much rapid release tylenol? lol I love that you have the beneful, we give our dog those same treats, and food! I admire your food shopping! I love publix, but we don't have them up here in MA, but when I visit my cousin in Florida, I love going to the Publix!

You know, I'm not sure what the official size of that lens is...Kurt ordered it! It's just a "standard" size though...no special zoom or anything :)
