Small Miracles

God delivered some small miracles that just made my day so much better...

#1 - Our BEDDING came in today! There are two bigger pillows that go in the back, but I haven't got the cases for them yet. I'll show them when I have them!


I'm also trying to decide whether or not to put up the curtains that came with the bedding. I never thought we would need curtains for these windows because of the molding, but I figured that I had the panels, and I might as well give it a try! I taped them up just to see what they would look like. You tell me - too much or cute?

#2 - I got my toes done. I've really been trying to cut back lately, but my feet are just one place I can't skimp for some reason. I've NEVER been able to paint my own nails, so that's pretty much the only thing I pay for someone else to do.



I went with a dark color...I've been seeing a lot of that lately, and thought it would be cute! It's a chocolate brown that's very fall-ish. :)

#3 - I have an inservice (a.k.a. catch-up) day tomorrow! It's supposed to be a conference day, but I'm almost through with all of my parent conferences. I NEED to catch up so badly - this couldn't have come at a better time.

#4 - I had the BEST nap ever in the tanning bed today. If you've ever fallen asleep in the tanning bed, you know it's like the best sleep you can get. I feel so refreshed.

#5 - I am caught up on blogs! I worked for 4 hours last night and got everything pretty much done. That means very little work tonight!

All in all, these have made my week so much better!
