Hardy wanted me to welcome you to the Lambert family guest bedroom!
He just loves this room - if we have the door open to this room at any time, he will be in here. We think it's so funny that he's "found" his own little place in the house!

The furniture in this room was Noah's great-grandfather's. It is really special to Noah, and is still in GREAT shape for being that old, so we've decided to keep it! Noah has had it since he graduated from college, and has followed him from every place he has lived since.
And this bedding has literally been on Noah's bed since we started dating. Can you tell yet that this is our "hand-me-down" room?
The end table beside the bed - if you've seen my other "Show Us Where You Live Friday" posts, you know that we have elephants all throughout our house. This is another elephant that we bought on our honeymoon in Mexico.
I know - not the prettiest place to put a TV. It's functional though, and you don't have to strain your neck to watch TV from the bed. Noah and I both have a Daniel Moore print (if you're an Alabama fan, you know what these are). They are on either side of the vanity mirror.
If Noah Lambert was allowed to decorate our house, it would be full of anything and everything related to The University of Alabama. I have been able to restrain everything Alabama (besides my Magnolia Lane plates in the kitchen) to the guest bedroom and the office!

We have a HUGE closet in this room - it is so great for storage!
Looking out the window. There are three empty lots next to our house, so we have this massive field going (that rarely gets cut by the owner, by the way). Our neighborhood used to be one big cow pasture, so these empty lots will grow like crazy if you don't watch them. We also have a lot of 8-legged friends in our house because of this field.

I love that picture on the dresser the one of you two looking at each other. Was that engagement or wedding??
Question: Is your dog a camera hog?? ha. :) I can't believe how hu-mongo that closet is! Those doors are HUGE! Love, love, LOVE that wedding pic! Thanks for sharing.
Love your guest room and all the family pieces that are being handed down. However, I can't tell you I like the Bama pictures everywhere since our entire family for 3 generations has graduated from AUBURN. But, I also wanted to tell you that my maiden name is Lambert--where is your husband's family from? We may be related. Would he claim an Auburn graduate as a relative?!

it's a cute guest room. I think that's what guest rooms are....places to store the "before marriage" furniture and all the odds and ends that don't have another place in the home! By the way, Roll Tide!!!!
